I ordered from pillowcube.com thinking the height would be just right like they say, but honestly — it was way too tall for my neck. I woke up after the first night feeling stiff and kind of sore. I gave it a few more tries, hoping maybe I just needed to get used to it, but nope. It kept pushing my head up at a weird angle. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Actually Worth It"
I didn’t think a pillow would make that much of a difference, but this one really does. The price seemed a little high at first, well, more than I wanted to spend, but after using it for a while, I’d say it’s totally worth it...

I emailed Pillow Cube because I had a question about my order, and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. Not like instant or anything, but still fast. Also, the person who replied actually answered what I was asking, which was nice because I was kind of expecting one of those generic copy-paste replies. I did have to follow up one time, so I’m giving 4 stars, but they were helpful overall and it all got sorted out.

"Cover feels way too rough"
I really wanted to like this pillow, but the cover just isn’t soft enough for me. The weird part is, the pillow itself seems fine, but the fabric feels kind of scratchy against my face, which makes it hard to get comfortable.
For what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot nicer and cozier. I ended up taking the cover off and using my own pillowcase instead, which is annoying. Not really happy with it overall.

The cover washed just fine, which is what I expected. But the pillow itself got lumpy afterward and took way too long to dry. I mean, you’d assume something that needs washing would hold up a little better, so that was disappointing.

"I ordered from pillowcube the shipping…"
I ordered from pillowcube the shipping wasn’t awful, but I did catch myself thinking, “Okay… is this thing moving or what?” Tracking didn’t really update much at first, which made it feel slower than it probably was. It ended up taking a few days longer than I expected, but the package did arrive in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. Just not the fastest shipping experience.

"Refund process was really frustrating"
I felt disappointed with the whole experience. The refund took way longer than I expected, and every time I reached out to support, it felt like I wasn’t really getting much help. I get that refunds can take time, but the lack of clear communication made it feel even more stressful.

"I’m kind of annoyed I let myself think…"
I’m kind of annoyed I let myself think the cube shape would be weird, because it actually fits my shoulder way better than I expected. I blame the pictures for making it look like it would sit awkwardly on the bed, but it really doesn’t. The design is simple, clean, and not an eyesore at all. It only took me a few nights to get used to it, and now I’m irritated I wasted time second-guessing it

"Actually sleeping better now"
I picked up the Pillow Cube a few weeks back and, i’ve been sleeping a lot better since. I’m a side sleeper, and my neck isn’t doing that stiff, cranky thing in the morning anymore, which is kind of amazing. It did take me maybe a couple nights to get used to the shape, but now I’m into it. I didn’t really think a pillow would make that big of a difference, but yeah, for me it actually did.

"I’m a side sleeper and I used..."
I’m a side sleeper and I used to wake up with my shoulder and hip feeling sore often. I started using this pillow maybe a few weeks ago, or it might’ve been last month, and it’s made a big difference. It gives my neck a little more room and takes a lot of that pressure off my shoulder. It did take me a night or two to get used to, but now I’m waking up way less stiff

I grabbed this because my shoulder always felt totally crushed when I slept on my side, and honestly, it’s been a big help. It’s not perfect every single night, like sometimes I still have to adjust it a bit, but compared to my old pillow, yeah, way better.

"Decent overall, but checkout could be smoother"
I ordered a pillow from the site and, yeah, the order went through just fine. The checkout process felt a little clunky to me though… like it could’ve been smoother. I also wish the shipping info was a bit clearer upfront. Not a bad experience or anything, just… average overall.

"Nice, sturdy foam"
I personally like foam that feels a bit firmer and more supportive, so this was right up my alley. It feels really solid and not cheap or flimsy at all.

"Too Firm for Me as a Side Sleeper"
I really wanted this to work, but my neck was hurting pretty much all night. It felt way too firm for side sleeping, like my head was propped up at a weird angle. I kept trying to adjust it, flip it, bunch it up differently, move my shoulder around, switch sides, you name it, but I just couldn't get comfortable. By morning my neck felt stiff and sore, so unfortunately it wasn't a good fit for me.

"Still Holding Up Really Well"
I bought my Pillow Cube about a year ago, and I wasn’t sure how well it would hold its shape over time. But it’s still sorta firm and comfy, and it hasn’t done that weird flattening thing that other pillows I’ve had usually do. I’ve washed the cover a bunch of times too, and it’s still totally fine. It is a little pricey, but it’s lasted way better than I expected.

"I was hoping this would help keep…"
I was hoping this would help keep my spine lined up better, but it just didn’t feel right for me. Like, I kept trying to get comfortable and it sort of helped at first, but then... not really. My back still felt off after using it.

"Nice shape, but too warm and not sure what to do next"
I really liked the shape of it at first, but after actually sleeping on it, it runs warm for me. The cover just doesn’t seem to breathe much, and I keep waking up in the middle of the night flipping it around trying to find a cooler spot. For the price, I expected better cooling. I’m also a little frustrated because it’s not super clear what the next steps are if it doesn’t work out, like whether I should exchange it, return it, or try something else first.
